Inability to Reach Clients
Despite possessing a breakthrough formula for determining body metrics, the MADE team lacked a user-friendly platform to deliver this service to consumers, hindering its reach and potential impact on health and fitness.

There was a Need for a Digital Product
The MADE team, comprised mainly of medical experts, lacked the necessary expertise to transform their innovative health formula into a digital product that could be widely accessible to users.
Most mobile applications need an admin-facing front end as well, I am experienced in designing both.
Outlining the Users Experience, Crafting a Digital Solution
As the leading product designer, I spearheaded ideation sessions, crafted user stories, designed wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs, using tools like Figma, JIRA, Zeplin, and Miro. Close collaboration with the product team ensured a seamless transition from design to development.

After hosting a design workshop, we prioritized proposed ideas and features through an impact/effort matrix, ultimately creating a user journey map and admin dashboard interactions. My designs translated into a well-received, user-friendly mobile and web-based application that met the expectations of both the users and stakeholders.
